I, Tom Knapp stand behind all products sold from this Online Store. Many of the products are shipped direct from different Vendors and / or Manufacturers. For this reason, ALL returns must be
Approved BEFORE they are sent back to the appropriate place of origin. All returns must be returned to the shipping address of where the order was shipped from. An order containing items from multiple vendors will be shipped in separate packages. Make sure to record which item came from where and record their return address's for that particular product.

tom@tomknapp and include product info. (Order Number), a short description of why you are not satisfied (this helps me with quality control) and I will process your return in the shortest amount of time possible.
Please Note:
Any credits issued for returns will not include S&H fees. These fees are non-recoverable. Any damage from personal neglect or abuse, improper packing for return shipment, or obvious mis-handling will not be approved.
There are no returns allowed on videos or DVD's unless said videos or DVD's are functionally faulty, with the understanding that some of the videos and DVD's prior to 1995 are of lesser resolution quality than the present day videos and DVD's.
